About this Event
Led by Lakeshore Sport & Fitness yoga instructors, experience their Outdoor Vinyasa inspired class - "breath connected movment" with an athletic approach, challenging practice that emphasizes breath, core strength and concentration.
This class will take place outdoors on the rooftop of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness. Attendees must bring their own mat.
