About this Event
Step into your Sunday feeling calm, strong, and present. Earth Yoga is a mindful, flowing practice of standing postures, balances, and conscious breath, designed to build strength and stability at your own pace. The practice allows space to explore movement without rushing or forcing.
Each class begins with a short orientation, guiding you from thinking into direct experience. Sessions weave together movement, breathwork, subtle body awareness, and mantra — inspired by non-dual Kashmir Shaivism — supporting clarity, energy, and mindful presence.
Classes are small and intimate, offering personal guidance in a welcoming, supportive space.
About the Teacher
I’ve been teaching Earth Yoga in Singapore for over five years, leading classes in outdoor spaces that are calm, welcoming and grounded.
I bring a flowing, mindful-style, offering clear guidance while encouraging presence, curiosity, and connection to the body .
I aim to create a space where you can feel at ease, move confidently, and notice the small ways your strength,awareness and sense of calm grow.
Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, my goal is that you leave feeling a little stronger, clearer, and more present, with the focus and calm to carry into your day.
Location & Weather
Classes take place at the Singapore Botanic Gardens every Sunday at 8:30 AM.
As this is an outdoor practice, sessions may be cancelled in case of rain or unsafe weather conditions.
