In collaboration with the Naperville Park District, enjoy a gentle outdoor chair yoga session set in the peaceful green spaces of Naper Settlement. Designed for active older adults, this class features seated and supported movements to improve flexibility, balance, and circulation- no floor work required. Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and connect with others in a welcoming, accessible environment. No prior yoga experience required.
