Outdoor Breathwork Class – Guided Reset & Stress Release
Step into a calm, grounding experience in nature designed to help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through guided breathwork.
This outdoor session blends intentional breathing techniques with mindful presence in a peaceful park setting. You’ll be gently guided through breath patterns that support relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity—no experience needed.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply want to start your day with intention, this class offers a supportive space to slow down and come back to balance.
What you can expect:

- Water
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
- Yoga mat/ blanket
- Sunscreen + hat if it’s sunny
Important notes:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in
Session will begin promptly at 8:30 AM
No prior breathwork experience is required
Location & Parking:
Please park on Hazeltine Ave, where we will be meeting before the session. We’ll gather at the parking area, check in, and walk together to the breathwork location in the park.
