Venture off the beaten path across the stunning landscapes near Dundreggan, exploring rewilding in the most dramatic way. This is a truly unique experience, uncovering what rewilding is all about, through days spent up in the mountains and out on the water. We’ll explore some of the most remote and least-visited corners of the Dundreggan Estate, gaining first-hand insight into Trees for Life’s rewilding work. We’ll also head into Glen Affric to climb Munros and experience the exceptional Highland landscapes that inspired the charity’s creation. Next, we’ll journey west from Dundreggan, to walk the breathtaking glaciated peaks of Kintail, and be part of these living Gaelic landscapes.
If you’re interested in our work to restore missing species such as beavers, you’ll love the chance to experience it directly. Enjoy a day’s canoe trip led by Trees for Life’s own Beaver Officer, and see this restoration story from the water.
