Books are an important element of science learning. This session focuses on how to select and incorporate a variety of science, engineering, and technology (SET) genre in afterschool programs to support children’s exploration and learning.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
