The Wilder Library at Bridge Innovate® invites you to an evening of dinner and discussion.
The Goal has transformed management thinking around the world.
Written to be fast-paced and thrilling, the novel centers around Alex Rogo—a plant manager working desperately to improve performance at his factory. His course eventually changes upon meeting an old professor, Jonah. This is more than just an exciting read, however. The Goal is an indispensable source of knowledge for managers on the Theory of Constraints (TOC) developed by Eli Goldratt.
According to Eli Goldratt, the goal of an individual and/or organization should not be defined in absolute terms. Rather, a goal should open a path for ongoing self-improvement.
Discussion moderated by Jeff Basey, Product Sustainability Specialist at Southern Champion Tray.
With the Wilder Library at Bridge Innovate®, join fellow leaders in developing an awareness for emerging business practices and leadership tools through literary discussion.
Come curious and leave invigorated!
