Join Elsie Bodna for the May meet-up of the University of Melbourne Staff Yoga & Meditation Group—a deeply restorative yin and meditation practice to help you transition out of the workday and into rest.
Expect long-held, supported yin postures, gentle breathwork, and a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support a more grounded evening. No prior experience needed—this is a slow, accessible practice for all.
This event is for University of Melbourne staff only.
Please register using your University of Melbourne email address. If we’re unable to confirm your staff affiliation, your registration may be cancelled.
We’ll head to Lygon Street for dinner and chats as usual after practice—come along if you can.

About Elsie: Hi I’m Elsie – I am certified in Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket yoga, with a personal practice grounded in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. I have a deep love of inversions and an ongoing fascination with handstands — always learning, always playing.
Although my personal practice is strong, my teaching is inclusive and accessible, inviting students to move with awareness, breath and curiosity. Yoga has changed my life in countless ways, and it is a privilege to share that passion on the mat.
