Out-of-Office Club | Round #3

​We are the people who are currently out of office — by force, by choice, or by quiet rebellion. With the rare chance to build the next chapter on our own terms. This is a private club for everyone who pressed CMD+Q on the wrong life and now finally has the time to ask: “What the hell do I actually want?”

1. ​​The ones who just got fired: Laid off in the big waves, pushed out in the “restructuring,” or simply surplus to requirements.
2. ​​The ones searching for purpose: You woke up and realised you don’t want to spend another decade optimising ad spend for fast fashion, training AI to replace humans, or helping billionaires get richer.
3. ​​The ones who realised the job will never love them back: Toxic boss, glass ceiling, soul-crushing OKRs, or simply the quiet realisation that this industry, this role, this life is not it.
4. ​​The ones who are just fed up: Close to burnout, already burned out, or simply shouted “FU” internally one too many times and walked out.

​We meet every Wednesday at 15:00 at Amano Hotel (Rosenthaler Platz; location might change in future). No top-down agenda - we shape it together.
