About this Event
These visual arts workshops are designed to ignite your child’s creativity! In these sessions, children will get a chance to learn fundamental principles of art while having fun and exploring their individual and collective selves. Classes are designed for various ages and skill levels, from toddlers to school-aged kids.
Facilitator: Laura Rojas is a Colombian-born, Toronto-based community-engaged artist, facilitator, and graphic designer with a BFA (Hons) from OCAD University’s Cross-Disciplinary Art program specializing in Publications. Laura is interested in using art and design as tools for education, participation, and mobilization, as well as exploring how the arts can support community-building, strengthening our connections between each other and the world around us.
