About this Event
Daejeon Park is more than a green space on Beacon Hill , it is a living symbol of the friendship between Seattle and its sister city of Daejeon, South Korea. At its heart stands the Taejonjeong Pavilion, a beautiful Korean-style pagoda gifted to our city in 1998, beloved by neighbors, celebrated in Seattle walking guides, and cherished by generations of families.
On April 25th, we come together to restore, celebrate, and renew this special place. Join neighbors, community leaders, cultural organizations, and city officials for a day of hands-on action, delicious food, music, and the kind of community spirit that makes Beacon Hill extraordinary.
