About this Event
Our Body Remembers Joy | A Women’s Somatic & Breathwork Experience
Reconnect to joy through gentle breathwork, somatic practices, movement and reflection.
A 75-minute workshop created with the intention to help you soften out of overwhelm and return to a felt sense of safety, play, and connection within yourself.
Through somatic awareness, movement, gentle breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll begin to notice what it feels like (not just to think about joy) but to experience it in your body again.
- You’ll be guided through gentle somatic practices to bring awareness to where your body may be holding tension and where it’s already open, receptive and alive.
- You’ll be led through calming, accessible breathing practices designed to support safety and reconnection, helping your system shift out of stress and into a more regulated, present state.
- Throughout the experience, we’ll weave in simple reflections to help you notice what joy feels like for you and where it may already exist in your life.
- We’ll close with a soft integration and a journal prompt to take with you, so this experience can continue beyond our workshop.
