Otaku Night Season 2
Otaku; people with consuming interests, particularly in anime, manga, and video games.
Originally founded in 2017 by a group of geeky musicians for anime and game lovers, our band has been reimagining iconic soundtracks with a unique blend of Jazz and Funk. In 2023, we returned for “Season 2” with a new crew, keeping the same mission: to bring familiar anime/game themes to life in a fresh and distinctive way—infused with rich grooves, creative harmonies, and the personal flair of each band member’s diverse musical background.
This show—Episode 3 of the season—celebrates the best of both worlds. We’re keeping the beloved, nostalgic tunes from classics like the magical worlds of Studio Ghibli and the playful charm of Doraemon, while introducing vibrant new pieces inspired by well-known modern titles that fans will instantly recognize and enjoy. The music will move between eras and styles, creating a dynamic blend that honors the past while embracing the present.
Whether you’ve been a devoted anime fan for decades or just recently discovered the magic, our mix of old favorites and fresh discoveries will strike a chord. Join us for a night of music, memories, and Otaku camaraderie—one night only!
