A deafening echo that suddenly speaks out of the dust, conveying all the desolation of an endless landscape up to the sky.
A journey for those who like exotic rock to sound viscerally loud, raw and high gained. To blow up the speakers for good. Fuzzed guitar and Buzzing didgeridoo locked with a sped up drums and cranked bass sound that makes you feel like you are riding a spacecraft at full speed between the dunes.
Created in 2017 in Toulouse, France, the threesome takes it's inspiration among different rock genre, from the sweet middle eastern psychedelic rock to the raw shattering sounds of garage fuzz and german krautrock. Even going so far as to use their favorite atypical instrument - the didgeridoo - the three members of KARKARA, like desert wizards, take pleasure in pushing further the boundaries of the genre and take their audience into a mystical and indomitable world.
After a dazzling entry into the French Psyche / Fuzz scene in 2019 with the release of their debut album Crystal Gazer, the Toulouse trio KARKARA followed this up with second album Nowhere Land that imposes an aesthetic mixing psychedelic trance and supercharged Californian fuzz.

This album is about the end of all, a post-apocalyptic journey trying to find paradise and peace in a hell on earth. A story of this hellish quest of flight, confrontation and hallucinations towards an Eldorado where nature and civilisation have been spared from the collapse. A story that unfolds chapter after chapter during 43 mn until the final act where everything is revealed.

From the heart of Manchester comes an eclectic psychedelic 4-piece that blends wavy, heavy and fuzzed out riffs with hazy eastern influences. From chilled, laid back jams to mind-manifesting psychedelic freak outs, they are the eclectic meeting of East and West.
Completing 4 EPs over the past 4 years (as well as 3 singles recorded during the COVID lockdown) they have turned their eyes to the skies for their upcoming album...
Their sonic reverberations have extended far beyond their hometown, resonating across the ocean to radio stations in the USA, and Australia. Seattle-based radio show KEXP, renowned for its commitment to cutting-edge music, welcomed Farfisa's music onto its airwaves through DJ Marco Collins, a long respected figure in the alternative music landscape.

Longheads are a five piece psych rock band. Originally hailing from Norfolk the band who are Sam Mitchell (bass & vocals), Al Bishop (guitar), Nick Oakes (drums), Benjamin Reeve (guitar & vocals) and Mitchell Corrigan (synths) are now based in South London where a few of the members live in the guardianship scheme occupying various sites and spaces across London.
This is where they recorded their latest EP 'Mars doesn't feel like home anymore' which was received well by fans and critics alike.
The five tracks have been summed up perfectly by The Obelisk who say itโs, โ31 minutes of space-faring lysergic adventures, immersive enough to ensnare tired, older acid freaks and fresh and progressive enough in its delivery to draw next-generation letโs-go-hiking-in-the-cosmos types as well.โ
Longheads are building a name for themselves as an impressive live act and recently played their Desertfest debut, as well as supporting the likes of King Buffalo and Slift.
Longheads have just finished recording their debut album 'Living Wax' which is set to be released in 2024 on a special label that will soon be revealed. The project takes the sound they developed on their last EP โMars Doesnโt Feel Like Home Anymoreโ and pushes it in a heavier direction incorporating elements of early metal and stoner doom, while still maintaining the psychedelic essence.
