Oscar is a farce comedy, as Angelo "Snaps" Provolone, a 1930s gangster promises his dying father to go straight. Chaos ensues as he attempts to legitimize his business while navigating mistaken identities, a pregnant daughter, Crooked bankers, a cheating accountant and nosy police.
