COURSE DESCRIPTION
Many general dentists may be reluctant to provide orthodontic treatment using traditional bands, brackets, and wires. Orthodontic treatment using clear aligner therapy creates an opportunity to add value to the care we offer our patients predictably, minimizing adverse sequelae. In-house fabrication of aligners allows the practitioner greater control and flexibility; at the same time minimizing the cost of integrating orthodontic treatment into our clinics.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of this presentation, participants should be able to:
*Introduction of intraoral scanning in the orthodontic clinic
*Inevitable transition from analog to digital workflow.
*Transition to digital orthodontics along with 3D printing
*Cost-effectively integrating clear aligner orthodontic therapy
*Restorative and Periodontal therapies.
