About This Workshop:
Honor the Winter Solstice and first day of Winter with movement, rhythm, and reflection. This energizing two-hour workshop begins with a warming, powerful yoga flow set to uplifting beats in the heat of the studio. After moving and releasing, we’ll shift into guided journaling and creative mandala work to explore the core facets of life—love, work, health, finances, and self-care. You’ll leave grounded, inspired, and ready to enter the holiday season with clarity and balance—plus a personal mandala to carry your intentions forward.
About your instructor Natalie:
Natalie Kahalé is a yoga instructor trained in Hawaii who brings over 30 years of practice to her mat. She weaves her yoga fundamentals into every part of her life—as an Information Technology and Transformation leader, local TV host, and mom of two. Known for blending movement, music, and mindfulness, Natalie’s classes radiate good vibes, creative flow, and a focus on finding balance in everyday life.
