The ODM (Organizational Development & Management Convening) is a day and a half intensive for mid-senior-level managers and executive leadership of Community Based HIV prevention and surveillance programs and their local collaborative partners. The convening will serve as an opportunity for participants to assess organizational strategies and evaluate their technical skills to develop forward-thinking organizations that are equipped to implement HIV prevention strategies in alignment with priorities of the U.S. Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) goals.
