Organ Concert at Freemasons' Hall - July
Join Us for an Organ Concert at Freemasons' Hall this July!
This year’s organ concert at Freemasons’ Hall will be given by the renowned concert organist, recording artist and film presenter, Daniel Moult.
Regarded as one of the “finest organists of our time” (The Organ) and an “astounding organist” (Fanfare) Daniel’s concert programme is sure to appeal to a wide range of musical tastes.
The programme includes music by Elgar (Pomp & Circumstance March No. 4), J.S. Bach (Concerto in C), Mozart (Fantasia in F), Stanford, Whitlock and Bizet (“Carmen” Fantasy).
Tickets are priced at £15 and are free of charge for Students and Under 18/s showing appropriate identification on the door.
Freemasons’ Hall is an art deco masterpiece in the heart of Covent Garden and this concert, open to all, represents a rare opportunity to hear the famous Willis Organ - which was rebuilt to much acclaim by Harrison & Harrison in 2015 - played by one of the UK’s finest organists.
Young or prospective Organists are invited to get in touch in order to attend a pre-concert talk with Daniel Moult who is also Head of Organ at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
