A one day workshop with Liv Elise Skjörestad og Finnbogi Gunnlaugsson laugardaginn 1. febrúar 2025How do we create and deepen the felt sense of safety and welcome the spirit into the body by grounding with the earth and nurture the self through touch. We will explore the air element, the power of breath and connection to the heart to nurture loving presence and flow with giving and receiving. How do we cultivate practices to listen to the intelligence of the heart and develop an attitute of gratitute and care with ourselves and others. Deepen your abitity to follow our own authentic impulses.
Opening to the creative mystery and letting go of the ego control so Universal Love can flow through freely. We do that through meditation and preyer. Rewriting the inner story that supports coming home to ourselves through the body.
We will do some Polarity therapy work focusing on the air element and work with soundforks on the toes.
