This is a lovingly held container for those ready to engage with sound as a modality for conscious transformation. The immersive session creates a field where beliefs, emotions, and patterns carried in the body can surface into awareness, reorganise, and be reshaped into greater coherence.
Attuning to the harmonic resonance of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, this session invites the body and nervous system to soften, release and come into balance. As you lie comfortably and receive the sound, the vibrations gently move through the body, helping to release tension, quiet the mind and bring you into a state of deep rest.
This experience is a form of rest that reaches deeper than sleep — where the body can restore itself, the mind finds clarity and consciousness expands.

At the centre of the session is a one of a kind 16" SuperGrade® Aura of Love Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl®.

While the Alchemies orchestra is played, an ocean of sound envelops the space, harmonious waves of sound move through the water and crystalline structures of the body, creating a full-body resonance. The brain synchronises with the kaleidoscope of frequencies, moving into alpha, theta, and delta states supporting regenerative relaxation and expanded awareness.
As the body entrains with the sustained tones of the bowls, the mind clears and the nervous system regulates. Tension releases and energy that has been held in the systems becomes available again — the participants often feeling lighter, brighter, and more vital as a natural healing and tuning process has taken place.
This session is offered once monthly and is limited to six participants, ensuring a deeply personal and intimate container.
The Experience
Everything is prepared so you may attend hands-free.
The session will begin with time to arrive and receive a cup of herbal tea. As you settle to the sound of a shimmering rain stick and lie down, you may make yourself comfortable on your mat, with a blanket and lavender seed eye pillow provided.
We will breathe together to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and you will bathe in a harmonic soundscape of Alchemy Crystal Sound for an extended period of time.
Towards the end of the session, you will be gently brought back with Kochi chimes, followed by time to integrate your experience. You may use this time to reflect, journal and share about your experience while enjoying another infusion and a nourishing treat.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, as body temperature can cool while resting deeply.
Arrive 10–5 minutes before the session begins to settle into the space.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated in order to maintain the integrity of the experience for all participants.

Aftercare Recommendations
In the days following the session, your body continues to process the healing vibrations from the Alchemies® and integrate your experiences.
It is important to support this ongoing transformation. Drinking water helps facilitate the elimination of toxins from your system. Remain aware and open to receive insights relating to your experience and make notes.
Some participants experience detox symptoms such as fatigue, emotional shifts, or physical sensations similar to an oncoming cold — these are natural signs of your body’s realignment and a detoxification process taking place.
Allow yourself rest, nourishment, and patience as your body, mind, and spirit integrate the experience and heal.

Please note that attending the events is not suitable for persons who identify with any of the following:
