Optional Site Visit - 2025 Summer Concert Series
Denver International Airport (DEN) Customer Experience Events is seeking bidders to host a family-friendly and free Summer Concert Series featuring a variety of musical genres. Dates may shift slightly but will be Sundays for 6 consecutive weeks from August 2, 2026, to September 6, 2026. The scheduled time of the concerts is approximately 2pm-6pm each Sunday. Concerts will take place at the DEN Outdoor Plaza located between the Westin Hotel and the Jeppesen Terminal. This scope entails all aspects of the concert series including booking, talent management and rider requirements fulfilled, weekly staffing, all AV and production, security, ticketing, and marketing/communications. One contract will be awarded to the winning bidder and will include any subcontractors for the aspects listed below. They must be approved by DEN and will be held accountable to ensure minimum wage and prevailing wage requirements are met, ample insurance is provided and are registered with the State of Colorado as a certified company.
Participants will visit the same location, and participants will be provided the same information. Please find below directions to the site visit.
- Please follow signage to Terminal East
- Please Park in the standard parking garage (currently marked at $30/day)
- Note: DEN is unable to validate any other parking, including short term and valet.
- Meet DEN Special Events Coordinator, Valeria Rodriguez, at door 517
- Door 517 is located near the Westin hotel, parking as far south as possible in the garage will reduce your walking distance
