5 star reviews - what participants say about this course:
"I highly recommend this course. Merv is a fantastic educator with stacks of knowledge. There is certainly a lot to take away from this course and apply clinically"
Bodine Ledden, Soft Tissue Therapist
"The Strength and conditioning course for physiotherapists is a great introduction to strength and conditioning for any allied health practitioner. As a podiatrist I was initially unsure if the course would be suitable however I found it to be well-structured, presented at a good pace and containing a good balance of theoretical and practical elements. The knowledge gained on this course has changed my approach to practice and caused me to seek out further development opportunities in and around strength and conditioning. I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in strength and conditioning whether for personal interest or professional practice."
Rob Hesford, Podiatrist
"Merv's courses are something I think all physio's should do at some point if you're working in the rehab space. He does a fantastic job of translating a vast amount of strength and conditioning literature into what is practical and meaningful to us as physio's for our patients."
Cobie Starcevich, Sports Physiotherapist & PhD Candidate
"Great course for healthcare professionals, and would be my first recommendation for both newly graduated and experienced clinicians. Excellent blend of current best practice evidence and practical application."
Paul Atkinson, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
"I would highly recommend this course to all physios. I left this course feeling well equipped to create good exercise plans individualised for patients. Everything Merv recommended was research based. It’s always great to have that all put together in an easy and efficient way. It’s become something that I feel confident to recommend to my patients, I can now put together an effective plan all within a patients consultation time. Thank you Merv for giving me some great skills that I could apply in the clinic straight away."
Lee-Anne Flugel, Physiotherapist
"Hands down the most informative and evidence-based approach to strength training for physios."
Jonathan Wray, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist
