We're going to the Lyric!
Join us for our 2024 Opera Bus Trip to see Mozart's Marriage of Figaro at the Lyric Opera of Chicago. This bus trip will be on a luxury Peoria Charter Coach Bus and will include a box lunch from Panera, snacks on the way, dinner at the Greek Islands Restaurant, and your choice of a First Balcony, Main Floor or Upper Balcony seat at the opera house. Prices continue to rise, so we are offering a variety of ticket package options.
Ticket packages are as follows:
First Balcony 1: $325
Main Floor 3: $260
Upper Balcony 1: $210
Sunday, November 17
Schedule
9:30am leave Peoria Charter Company; eat boxed lunch enroute
1:00pm arrive at opera house
1:30pm attend pre-opera lecture
2:00pm matinee performance of Marriage of Figaro
5:00pm leave opera house; take bus to Greek Isles Restaurant for dinner
7:30pm leave Chicago
10:00pm arrive back at Peoria Charter Company
If any patrons register for the trip from the Bloomington-Normal area, we can arrange a pick up on the way to Chicago.
