Take this time for yourself to join me on a breathwork journey designed to help you release, reflect and deeply relax.
Through conscious connected breathing you will calm your nervous system, gently let go of stress, tension and old energy. Creating space for clarity, a sense of calm and renewal. A time to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
In this 2 hour session you will
Set an intention and ground into the moment
Be fully guided through the breathwork in a safe space
Breathe to a beautiful playlist
Journal your experience
And finally rest and close the space with a gentle meditation.
