Opening May 1st, Woven Traditions: Reconnecting Through Folk Art is a collection by the truest definition. This show highlights student work made during a series of free traditional folk art workshops led by artist Cal Duran. This series was made possible by Colorado Creative Industries, and the Folk and Traditional Art Grant Project. Cal led students in workshops hand building ceramic masks, weaving Ojos de Dios, and papier mache building techniques. Join us to celebrate the work of these incredible artists.
