Open Water Swim

Start your Sunday morning in the water. If you're a confident swimmer who loves the water - or is ready to take your swimming beyond the pool - join us for an ocean swim. You'll swim in the Atlantic just off Miami Beach and alongside the Dolphins & Rainbows Swim Group - a welcoming, safety-focused community of capable swimmers who cherish the ocean. It's a morning in the sea sharing in a collective experience rooted in wellness, friendship, and ocean stewardship.

Swim participants MUST:

• have strong swimming skills and ability to complete a 1-mile open water distance.
• be 12 years or older and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18.
• supply personal swim gear (goggles and brightly colored swim cap) and have prior open water experience.
• complete the Release of Liability Agreement (link at check-out) - one form per individual participant.
