We are thrilled to invite you to join us for a friendly push-hands outing. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice, socialize, and form connections with other Tai Chi enthusiasts.
Come and expand your Tai Chi skillset by exercising with practitioners from different styles. It's going to be a fantastic experience.

QiBelly is proud to be a part of the Toronto Tai Chi community for over 15 years, specializing in Chen Style Hun Yuan TaiJi San Shou.
Paul Lara of QiBelly is a 20th Generation Tai Chi Master under the Chinese line of Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang. He studied under Master Zhang Yu Fei for 2 years while living in Beijing, China.
