10XTO’s annual Fitness Festival at Hotel X Toronto is a full fitness journey that includes high-intensity sweat sessions and mindful meditation cool-downs (literally there will be cold plunges).
This year's Fitness Fest consists of two 45-minute classes guided cold plunges Red Light Therapy masks by Kala vendor activations and lots of sweating!
Classes:
Athletic Conditioning: This is a pro-athlete-inspired bodyweight circuit that will focus on strength endurance coordination balance and activation. Over this 45-minute workout participants will work on their mind-body connection. Progression and regression options are given for all the movements making it approachable for all fitness levels.
Yogalates & Breathwork: Yogalates is a blend of pilates and yoga that brings awareness of stability to our joints and strengthens all major muscle groups. It enhances flexibility stabilizes the core and promotes high energy. Meditation practice/breathwork is a guided meditation that connects the participant to their vital life force Prana our breath. Through meditation the mind will be calmed and the heart space will be reached as breathing exercises nourish the brain and boost the immune system.
