On Saturday 30 May, the Open Music Academy (OMA) will be holding an exciting masterclass with two of our highly esteemed Elder Conservatorium faculty – Erin James (Performer, Director, and Head of Music Theatre at the Elder Conservatorium of Music and School of Performing Arts) and Peter Johns (Conductor, Repertoire Coach, Pianist, and Music Theatre Production Manager at the ECMSPA). This will be an open masterclass, with the public welcome to attend. Vocal students of the OMA will prepare Music Theatre pieces to present, and will have the opportunity to work with Erin and Peter on interpretation, technique, stagecraft, characterisation and voice-craft. Tickets are free, but registrations are essential.
