Join in the fun of aqua movement with music while raising money to support a refugee family in Adelaide! Cassie will guide you through 45 minutes of aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises working at a pace and intensity that suits you, with modifications available. No experience or swimming necessary as you’ll be standing in the water or using noodles to float. Using the support and resistance of water, this event welcomes all identities, fitness levels and bodies that feel comfortable in chest deep water.
There are stairs with railing to access the pool, and a rail inside the pool edge. The pool depth is a gradual slope from 1.2 to 1.6m. Wear your swim wear or change at the venue, remembering to bring a water bottle, towel and change of clothes. There is an accessible toilet, private accessible change rooms, open showers on the wall and 2 private showers with fold out seats.
We will be running two sessions, on May 9th & 30th.
$25 for 1 class or $40 for 2 classes
Both sessions will be from 4.15 - 5pm.

Who are Dulwich New Beginnings?
We are an informal group of friends raising money to welcome and support a refugee family to Adelaide, supporting them from day one of their Australian journey until 12 months after their arrival. Money raised will be going towards suitable housing, setting up of their home and integration into their local community.
