Join us for an intimate evening of live music in the heart of Firepit.
Firepit Red Room Sessions is a stripped-back acoustic open mic night, created for singer-songwriters, guitarists, and storytellers who want to share their work in a warm, attentive space.
Set within our atmospheric Red Room, this is not your typical open mic. It’s a listening room — a place where music is heard, not talked over. Whether you're performing or simply soaking it in, expect a night of honest songs, raw talent, and genuine connection.
Bar opens 6:30pm, Show starts 7:30pm
Perform
We welcome:
- Singer-songwriters
- Acoustic guitarists
- Stripped-back performances
Each performer will have:
- Up to 2 songs or 10 minutes
Limited pre-booked slots available, with a small number of walk-in spaces on the night.
We have a PA sytem, mic / stand and guitar on site. Any special requirement, please message [email protected]

The Space
Firepit is a not-for-profit, community-led art gallery and cultural hub on the Greenwich Peninsula. Alongside exhibitions and workshops, we host events that bring people together through creativity, conversation, and shared experience.
Our Red Room offers a unique, cosy environment — the perfect setting for acoustic music.
The Bar
Our bar has three craft beers on tap and a great selection of wine, spirits and soft drinks and an affordable price.

The Red Room
The nearest tube is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line. We are a 5 minute walk
from the tube station, and we are located right by the Thames Clipper boat pier. You
