About the Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll explore the source of movement and its connection to music, space, and our own creative instincts. We’ll begin with a slow, guided warm-up, gradually building energy in the body. Along the way, we’ll move through a few improvisational exercises, and finish with a short choreographed phrase.
No previous experience is needed, open to anyone with a curiosity for movement :)

About Liron Kichler
Liron Kichler is a New York-based dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She has performed with companies including Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, Staatsoper Berlin, and at the Eurovision Song Contest.
Her work has been presented at international festivals, and she teaches workshops and classes for people of all levels in studios and institutions around the world.
