About this Event
Sip warm rose tea, then drop into a gentle, hip-opening + heart-expanding practice designed to help you soften, breathe, and release what you’ve been holding.
This class is rooted in Aparigraha—the yoga principle of non-grasping / non-attachment. As we open the hips (where tension often lives) and the chest (where we protect ourselves), we’ll practice letting go in real time: loosening the grip on stress, control, old stories, and anything that keeps your body—and your heart—tight.
We’ll close with a short, practical reflection on how Aparigraha can support your everyday life.
All levels welcome. Bring layers + a journal if you’d like.
