Step into the first Open Hearts Club gathering with a sacred cacao ceremony, the perfect opening to our heart-centered community.

The cacao ceremony is a transformative, ancestral ritual rooted in Mayan cosmology, using pure ceremonial cacao from Guatemala. It invites us to slow down, open the heart, ground into the body, and connect with one another.

Niomi, host of Open Hearts Club, will welcome each participant personally to the beautiful studio at Loom Club in Highbury & Islington, London. We will sit together in a circle, sharing the experience fully, with the opportunity to reflect and connect at the end if you feel called to.

Chloé Dall’Olio is a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and founder of Cacao with Chloe. Her journey with ceremonial cacao began in Guatemala where she learned to honour cacao’s sacred heritage and its role as a heart opening plant medicine. Chloé will lead us through an opening blessing and transformative meditation to open the heart and spark reflection.

This is a journey into the heart, shared together. Niomi will be on the journey with you, creating a safe, welcoming space for curiosity, connection, and transformation.

Event Details & What to Bring

To create an intimate and safe space, this gathering is limited to a small group, allowing for connection with like-minded, like-hearted souls.

Arrival

• 14:45 arrival for a prompt 15:00 start.
• Lockers for personal items are available in the changing rooms.

We kindly ask participants to bring:

• A flower or natural item – a small flower possibly found on your way, or something meaningful to add to the centre of our circle.
• Wear comfortable, loose clothing – for sitting and lying down.
• A journal and pen – to note down reflections at the end of the event.
• A bottle of water – staying hydrated is important after a cacao ceremony.

Additional notes:

• Seating – we will sit together in a circle on yoga mats, in the tradition of cacao ceremonies. Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

• • Photography & privacy – behind the scenes content will be captured by a team member on a phone as discretely as possible. They will be non-intrusive, respect your privacy, and the sacred blessings will not be filmed.

We gather on 5th October, a powerful day in the Mayan calendar that invites renewal and heart-led transformation. Your ticket contribution of £55.55 is an angel number, signifying alignment, divine support, and the opening of new paths. Trust that you are meant to be here.

Contraindications

Cacao is safe and natural, but as it is a gentle stimulant Chloe can adjust the dose for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, on SSRIs or other Medic*tion, has a heart condition, or is sensitive to caffeine. Please let Chloe know in advance so she can prepare accordingly. [email protected]

This is a transformative experience, and we want this event to feel safe and accessible for everyone. The cacao is brewed with water and plant-based milk, usually with gentle spices like cinnamon. Chloe can prepare a lighter or spice-free serving if needed.
