About this Event

BODHI COURSES l SERIES TWO

How would it feel to experience more kindness in your life? To discover more resilience in difficult situations and feel confident in your own emotional stability and your potential to connect to others?

Open Heart is the latest programme in the new and accessible Bodhi series, designed with those new to meditation in mind. Our experienced teachers share the tools we need to discover our own innate resources and cultivate a more gentle experience of life. We learn how:

// Cultivate a stronger sense of kindness and personal wellbeing

// Naturally open up meaningful connections with others

// Explore the benefit of taking regular moments to connect to our body

// Strengthen awareness to feelings as they arise

// Receive more kindness for ourselves

// And radiate more kindness to those around us

When we feel confident that we can ‘be there for ourselves’, it is a certain way to naturally open up meaningful connections with others. Taking regular moments to connect with our body and bring awareness to our feelings, empowers us to receive the kindness we need and radiate kindness towards those around us. Throughout the programme we walk through a sequence of simple steps to help us do just that.
