Participants will explore basic yoga poses (seated/standing/balancing), breathing exercises, flow sequences and meditation techniques to relieve stress, increase flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance and leave with a renewed sense of self, community, and well-being. All skill levels welcomed.Open to adults.

Anne-Marie Mulgrew maintains a busy schedule as a collaborator, choreographer, performer, educator and Founder/Artistic Director of ANNE-MARIE MULGREW AND DANCERS CO., (AMM & DCO), an experimental modern dance company. Anne-Marie holds a BS in Ed and an MFA in Dance from Temple University where she was adjunct faculty for five years. Anne-Marie has also served as dance faculty for Penn State University, The College of NJ, and University City Arts League. She has conducted residencies in schools as well as ongoing classes in studios for students of all ages and backgrounds in all genres of dance and the movement and healing arts. She has taught Yoga at the Whitman Free Library since 2012, at special events such as health fairs, professional development sessions and in public spaces. Anne-Marie was featured in the Gaiam Yoga Photography Project and art gallery exhibits, affirming how yoga is for everyone.
