Open Casting Call 26 March 2022
11AM – 3 PM
Dover Language School
1075 BP, Király utca 9
Calling all actors and actresses!
Cipher Theatre Co. is looking for performers for our many projects!
“What projects?” you may ask.
Well, we are planning staged readings of a variety of works – classic and experimental, antique and contemporary, original pieces in English and Hungarian works in translation.
If you would like to get on stage, please attend our casting on Saturday, 26 March, from 11 am - 6 pm at 1075 BP, Király utca 9 (near Deák Ferenc tér). Ring Buzzer No. 1 (marked DOVER) from the street. Enter the glass doors to the right of the entrance, go up the stairs one flight and enter the main building. You will need to fill in a casting registration sheet handed to you there in the lobby.
Please prepare a short speech, monologue, or poem (approx. 1 minute of length) of your choosing, something to give us a sense of your stage presence and range. There is no need to memorize the text unless you wish to do so. We will also have texts for cold reading.
