About this Event

Growing Together: How Building Community Helps Your Business Thrive is a welcoming networking event created for women entrepreneurs who believe they don’t have to do it all alone.

Building a business can feel isolating—but it doesn’t have to be. This event is all about connection, shared experiences, and learning how community can support you both personally and professionally.

Through three thoughtful panel conversations led by female entrepeneurs from Oak + Pine, we’ll explore what it really means to build and lean into community:

Topic 1: Community Is Key: How to Get Out of Your Own Way and Find Your People

Learn how to shift your mindset, build confidence, and develop genuine relationships.

Topic 2: Building Through Community: How to Develop and Tap into Your Relationships to Grow Your Business

Discover ways to nurture relationships and turn meaningful connections into support, collaboration, and growth.

Topic 3: Stay Connected with Your Community: Easy Platforms to Communicate Effectively and Authentically

Feel confident in ways to authentically communicate and nurture your community, without overwhelm, using simple platforms and tools.

After each panel, you’ll have time to connect with other female entrepreneurs, share ideas, and put what you’ve learned into practice right away. No awkward networking—just real conversations, encouragement, and relationship-building in a supportive space.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been in business for years, Growing Together is a chance to learn, connect, and grow alongside women who want to see you succeed.

Who this is for:
  • Female entrepreneurs in the Hawai'i community
  • Women at any point of their entrepreneurial journey
  • Women who are looking to connect with other entrepreneurs
