What is this practice like?
Yoga Nidra means a Yogic sleep in Sanskrit.It is a form of guided relaxation that can help you let go of physical and mental tension. It is a systematic method of guiding our awareness from the external to the internal. Meditation requires some effort however in this practice you don't need to make any effort.
Sounds good to you, doesn't it? During the practice you'll be invited to lie down on your back and totally relaxed. Unlike a regular yoga class, there is no movement once it starts. You'll be constantly encouraged to relax your body and mind deeply. Throughout the session, you'll be guided simply NOT to fall asleep. Just listen and follow the instructions without needing to do anything special but relaxed. Yoga Nidra is a gentle practice that is accessible and suitable for all levels.

Things to Bring
- Yoga mat or anything comfortable to lie down on
- Eye mask or something to cover your eyes
- Blanket (the room can get chilly with AC)
- Water to keep hydrated before and after the sound bath
- Journal for reflection before and after the session
- You're welcome to bring your crystals
- Any items that help you feel comfortable and relaxed

*Once you complete your booking, you'll receive an email. Please read it carefully in advance and prepare for your Yoga Nidra class. It will enhance the benefit of your Yoga Nidra practice.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 10:20am. To ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted start for everyone, the door will close promptly at 10:30am, and we will be unable to permit late entry.
