What:Free Group ride at Hydrocut. Looking to get good people together for a good cause - the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
We will be leaving the Hydrocut parking lot at 10am and bike until we get to the Hydrocut Launch party! You can drop at any time and that's ok! Just do what you can and have fun with likeminded MTBers 🤘 We'll wait up for you if you need an extra minute and I've worked the route so there are hubs to loop for those waiting.
Food: We will eat at the Hydrocut Launch party - timing TBD waiting on HC, bring money or food & snacks - check out last years video to see 🥳ðŸŒ

Why:
I was Born with Heart Disease and after 3 heart operations I'm raising money for Heart & Stroke with another group ride this year. The last few years I've biked 5,514km - that's the width of Canada! - but this year I've started a new challenge... 50,000m elevation on my bike! Don't worry, we won't be doing it all during this ride 😛

Keys to a Successful Ride:
* While it’s ride at your own risk, helmets are still required.
* Water, bring lots. We should be able to refill on the other side/at the launch party.
* Food & Beer. Bring cash or food.
* Bug Spray. Don’t spray your helmet.
* Ride within your limit. Seriously. You could die or worse break your bike! Take the B line and/or walk if you are not sure. We will wait for you!
* Listen for the rider behind you.
* Dropping? Let someone know not to look for you.
* Arrive early to find a spot to park, prep your bike and get yourself ready.
* Have a good time, take pics and videos - send a link or attach in an email to [email protected]. I will create another video to celebrate our 2026 ride with all media captured during event day!
