Join us for a single session at $45, where you can reconnect with the rhythm of your breath and the wisdom within. • Connect to your Zoom account (best from a laptop, but a phone is okay too - sound quality is better with a laptop).
• Think & feeling into your intentions for your journey ahead.
• Have your private space set up, pillows, blankets, headphones, eye mask, water, kleenex, and anything else you want to bring into the space.

Please note that this Online Transformational Breathwork Journey Event is not suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions:

• History of Aneurysms
• History of strokes or seizures
• Epilepsy
• Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
• High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with Medic*tion
• Detached Retina
• Glaucoma
• Osteoporosis
• Pregnancy
• Prescription blood thinning/anti-clotting medications such as Coumadin
• Asthma: Asthma (please have your inhaler available during your breathwork session) If you have asthma, you are welcome to breathe, but your must have your inhaler available as sometimes, during breathwork, in cases of psychosomatic illnesses such as asthma, your psyche may actually intensify the symptoms as it is trying to ameliorate the condition.
• Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia (Prior diagnosis by a health professional)
• Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in past 2 years.
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
