About this Event
YOU MUST BE BIRTHING YOUR BABY AT BLACKTOWN HOSPITAL TO ATTEND THIS SERIES.
THESE SESSIONS ARE COVERED BY MEDICARE. IF YOU ARE NOT COVERED BY MEDICARE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ASSOCIATED FEES. PLEASE BOOK ONLY ONE TICKET PER COUPLE.
This is a series of FOUR online interactive childbirth and parenting education sessions presented via Microsoft Teams. Each week there is one class, which runs for 1.5 hours, and the series covered over 4 weeks in total on the dates below:
- Wednesday 6th of November from 10.30am - 12.00 pm
- Wednesday 13th of November from 10.30am - 12.00 pm
- Wednesday 20th of November from 10.30am - 12.00 pm
- Wednesday 27th of November from 10.30am - 12.00 pm
You will need to open the link in google chrome or safari on your computer (mobile phone is not recommended for these sessions).
You will be emailed EXACTLY two-days and 2-hours prior to the session with the link to Microsoft Teams.
Your partner/support person are encouraged to join. You only need to purchase 1 ticket per couple. If the partner/support person is accessing Microsoft Teams from a different device, please use the same name so we can identify the participants.
Questions pertaining to individualised care will not be answered during these sessions. You should contact the birth unit or your primary care provider in such cases (as soon as possible if it is regarding decreased fetal movement, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, waters breaking and/or feeling unwell).
