About this Event
Ones to Watch returns to the Gallery for its thirteenth year in 2026, showcasing some of the most exciting emerging talent Yorkshire has to offer. The exhibition brings together work by artists from across disciplines, from painting to sculpture, film, photography, ceramics, design and more.
Visit the Gallery during our Print Festival weekend for an evening of performances and drop-in workshops from some of the exhibiting artists.
Performances
Throughout the night, 3 of this year's Ones to Watch artists will showcase other areas of their practices with live performances and readings.
Bethany Wilson
GLORB invites you to question our relationship with celebrities and how fandom affects us in day-to-day life. GLORB is the first ever personalised idol they are whatever you want an idol to be, they are perfection incarnate.

The Futures Past Coalition
The Coalition will be performing a serious piece about power and politics and the idea that tolerance is one of the great paradoxes of our time (reference Philosopher Karl Popper). The work does not directly take political sides – it offers food for thought bringing together Lyndon’s poem and quotations from, for example, George Orwell. It seeks to raise thoughts about division and control.
The audience will be encourated to participate in a call and response manner.

Jude Kershaw
Join a character from Yorkshire's past as she spills all, the past can be shocking: there may be tears, there might be laughter! This is an exciting opportunity to see new material and a new historical character by Jude Kershaw.

Food & Drink
Our pop up bar will be open, selling a range of soft and alcoholic drinks.
Gallery Shop
The Gallery Shop will be open all evening, selling a range of artwork and prints from some of the exhibiting artists, along with our usual shop set up, featuring the work of a wide range of small businesses and makers.
Accessibility
This event will be held in the Gallery which is located on Farsley Town Street. The main entrance on Town Street has a flight of stairs. The Gallery can also be reached by a flat access entrance to the rear of the building, through the Mills’ Main Yard. There are several disabled toilets on site, as well as free accessible parking.
Quiet spaces will be available during the event, please find a member of staff for support on the evening.
