Karmand Community Centre – Community Iftar Event
Karmand Community Centre warmly invites you to join us for a special Community Iftar evening dedicated to unity, reflection and bringing people together from all backgrounds.
The event will begin with a Commonwealth Celebration from 5:00 PM to 5:40 PM, featuring guest speakers Jahan Mahmood, Imran Hussain MP and Yassein Hussain. This opening session will highlight the importance of community cohesion, shared values and cross-cultural understanding.
From 5:40 PM to 6:30 PM, guests will share Iftar together as we break the fast in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Whether you are observing Ramadan or simply wish to experience and learn more about it, this event is open to everyone.
Prayer facilities will be available on site. Family bookings are welcome, and we encourage attendance from all communities to foster connection and mutual respect.
Spaces are limited to 250 attendees, so early booking is recommended.
