Held in a light, spacious barn and surrounded by tranquil gardens — including a lake, herb garden, maze, sculptures, and a stone circle — Hellens offers the perfect setting to soften, open, and begin again.
Your day begins with a welcome brew, followed by a morning of movement and mindfulness. A nourishing two‑course vegetarian lunch is served in the historic tearoom, prepared with ingredients from Hellens’ own cottage garden. The afternoon slows into gentle practices and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra to support integration and renewal.
