You will also enjoy a scenic walk to the famous Seven Sisters Nature Reserve�, along with nourishing lunch�, plus tea or coffee and cake � to complete your day �
Program for the Day�
08:00 — Arrival and welcome, with time to get to know
the venue and the facilitators
08:30–10:30 — Breathwork session with Lisa
10:30–11:00 — Tea and coffee break
11:00–13:00 — Guided walk and photo session at
the Seven Sisters Nature Reserve
13:00–14:00 — Nourishing lunch prepared by the chef
14:30–16:00 — Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Becky
16:00–16:30 — Tea and coffee break
16:30–17:30 — Vibrational sound bath with Maja
17:30–18:30 — Tea or coffee and cake to gently
close the day
The program is designed as a full-day experience.
All coaches will be available throughout the day, and there is flexibility to adjust parts of the schedule to suit your needs. For example, you could swap yoga for a small-group meditation session with Maya, and so on.
� You can try a variety of relaxation activities or focus more deeply on one in a mini-group.
