The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development will be hosting LEAN Planning & Scheduling for optimised workflow workshop facilitated by MorphBI.
About this event:
This is not your typical LEAN Manufacturing Workshop. This series has been designed based on the feedback of industry The team at MBI have created a planning & scheduling framework for delivering Lean methodologies and tools across multiple disciplines.
The course will take participants on an end-to-end planning cycle from S&OP fundamentals to logistics planning using real examples and simulation that gives the participants opportunities to practice the skills in real time.
The event will incorporate learning key Lean tools and techniques to prioritise tasks, using industry leading tools to create schedules that maximise efficiencies that will demonstrate the indisputable value of LEAN applied to SME manufacturers and distributors.
All participants will leave with tangible actions that they can implement immediately.
