About this Event
The Communication Confidence Toolkit workshop is a practical, skills-based session designed to help people feel more confident communicating their ideas, needs, and boundaries.
This small-group workshop is especially supportive for people who find traditional training environments challenging, including those with learning or reading difficulties, communication anxiety, or low confidence speaking in groups.
The session is interactive, discussion-based, and delivered in plain language. There are no long worksheets, tests, or reading-heavy materials — the focus is on real-world strategies you can use immediately.
Participants will leave with clear, practical tools to support everyday conversations at work, in education, and in community settings.
