Discover He Yi Dao (created by Teacher Lu Xia), a beautiful practice blending gentle movements, mindful breath, and cosmic harmony. Led by Melissa Moore, this special session honors World Tai Chi Day with flowing exercises that reduce stress, boost energy, and unite body, mind, and spirit.

- Guided He Yi Dao practice for all levels (beginners to advanced)
